Checkout is not open yet. Lyrics and names are free in your browser, so there is no cash charge to refund today.
Credits, when a task exists
A confirmed provider failure returns that task's credits once in the account credit record. An unknown submit is not sent again and is not described as finished. Disliking the style is not treated as a failed task. Credits are not a cash balance.
Asking about a refund
Write to hello@rapvideogenerator.net with the subject Billing, the account email, and the task id. No seven-day cash window, annual-plan refund, or partial cash schedule is implemented. Checkout is closed. If the payment provider later reports a refund for a paid order, unused credits from that order are revoked once. Credits already used are not taken back.
